History:

Enlisted in British Army at age 19. After basic training, went into the Royal Marines. While based in Germany, he was decorated for valour, saving the British Consul’s two children from an attempted kidnap plot. Telford, acting alone, killed the five would be kidnappers, members of the ‘Hand of Vengeance’ terrorist group.

On recommendation of his Commanding Officer, Telford was seconded to the Special Air Services. Placed under the command of Lt.Col Paul Dale. The two soon became firm friends and worked together on numerous covert operations, receiving many commendations.

When Paul Dale was approached to form the S.P.A.R.T.A. Project, he recommended Telford for a post as well. While on the first S.P.A.R.T.A. mission, Paul Dale went missing and Telford was killed.
