History:

After attending Welbeck and Sandhurst Military Academies, Dale served as a 2nd Lieutenant in the British Parachute Regiment. Rising to the rank of Captain, Dale joined the Special Air Services. He was decorated for tracking down and arresting the Leader of the ‘Hand of Vengeance’ terrorist organisation, the British Aristocrat, Sir John Hackett.

During his time with the S.A.S, Paul Dale became firm friends with John Telford, and the two worked together on many covert operations.

In a chance meeting with Barbara York, Dale discussed his interest in the notion of life on other planets and the possibility of the Human Race making contact with alien beings. Shortly after, he was approached by York to help her form the S.P.A.R.T.A. Project. Dale recommended John Telford and his younger brother, Mark, for S.P.A.R.T.A. However, Mark Dale was on a deep cover mission at the time, and could not be approached to join the project.

Telford joined and became part of Paul Dale’s team, S.C.2. On January 12th 2026, While on the first S.P.A.R.T.A. mission to encounter an alien artefact, there was a huge explosion, Telford was killed and no trace of Dale was found.

At this time he is still listed as missing.
