Enlisted in British Army aged 20. After basic training, moved to Royal Engineering Corp.
Showed natural flair for improvising/building equipment in emergency situations.
Came to attention of British Special Air Services, after diffusing makeshift thermonuclear bomb, set by ‘Hand of Vengeance ‘ Terrorist Group in London Underground Train System.

Seconded to the S.A.S. soon after and was involved in many covert anti - terrorist operations.
Received Special Commendations and decorated for valour on two separate occasions.
